Green Hills Memorial Park is Hiring a Contract Operations Administrative Position Near Torrance, CA

Job Description

We are currently seeking driven and dependable candidates for our Contract Operations Administrative position. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency. This position is responsible for meticulously reviewing and drafting a diverse array of contracts and legal documents, including sending Docusigns, while facilitating seamless interpersonal communications between departments.

The ideal candidate will be an avid learner, consistently seeking opportunities for intellectual and professional development. Must be proficient in data entry, problem solving, shows acute attention to detail, and demonstrates a profound capacity for adaptability. As a company we prioritize our culture. While training, this position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. After training is complete, the schedule will be updated to Tuesday-Saturday.
