We are currently seeking an Senior Accountant to join our Business Office to support our internal day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This person will report into the Director of Finance at our headquarters located on the North side of Indianapolis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation financial statement preparation including month end close, account reconciliation, journal entries, etc.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance to assist in the preparation of annual budgets/forecasts
• Financial statement analysis
• Assist with payroll
• Assist with tax planning
• Licensing/registrations
• Take the lead on special projects and help develop ad-hoc reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 4-6 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP and relevant financial accounting regulations
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while also thriving in a team-based environment
• Demonstrates integrity
