The Someburros Marketing Coordinator will be working for the Marketing Director in developing, implementing and tracking marketing programs that increase brand exposure and sales. The Someburros Marketing Coordinator will require a thorough understanding of business and marketing strategies and will be the Brand Ambassador for Someburros in Arizona. This includes excellent social media and digital marketing skills, communication with the Someburros employees, community members, local businesses and vendors. It also requires the ability to project manage, multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Director to develop social media campaigns that align with the company marketing calendar.
• Develop social media content on all social media platforms, including video and imagery.
• Interact and engage with customers/followers on social platforms.
• Identifying strategic social media weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements to grow social presence.
• Researching social media trends and informing the team of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
• Website SEO optimization, content, blog writing and maintenance.
• Oversee Google Ad Words & Social Media ad creation.
• Create monthly Community Calendars for all Someburros locations.
• Respond to inquiries from community members and local organizations for fundraising or donation requests.
• Be the Brand Ambassador for Someburros, developing strategies and programs that connect and nurture relationships in the community and external organizations.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or similar.
• Professional experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, Public Relations, Sales, Advertising with a demonstrated track record of driving results.
• Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office, Canva, Sprout or similar software.
• Knowledge of online technology and implementation with particular interest in blogs, social networks, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Wordpress etc.
• Must be innovative, organized, efficient and able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter who is a team player and comes with a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility with hours and job duties.

Preferred Experience

• Industry experience in managing/marketing fast casual restaurant concepts.
• Superior knowledge of Social Media landscape, networks, toolsets.
• Management of a professional blog for an organization and/or business.
• Ability to assess business goals, market requirements, customers, challenges, and opportunities within the area and input that knowledge into the creation of programs, etc.
