POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the Supply Chain, and Inventory Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving inventory control across the network, and developing reporting on KPI's. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, and have strong analytical skills, outstanding business acumen, and the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and optimize the company's inventory flow by analyzing inventory statistics to determine which products are selling and which are not.
  • Perform extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to national purchasing trends.
  • Use ERP, Power BI, and other tools to draft reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data and suggest improvements to inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual costs and recommend cost savings.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in purchasing, operations, and engineering to identify continuous improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Maintain and track critical supply chain metrics as assigned, including supply from internal and external sources, demand from multiple sources, and inbound and outbound materials management; prepare metrics for executive presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain concentration; or equivalent training, education, and experience
  •  5 years of experience preparing reconciliations of differing data sets
  • Experience using ERP, Power BI, Warehouse Management systems, and applications.
  •  Strong experience with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel including VBA macros.
