Position Summary
This position will support USCG technical publication development, sustainment, and distribution IAW applicable USCG Commandant Instructions, Process Guides, and other technical requirements defined by the customer. 

Essential Duties

• Apply knowledge of all applicable USCG requirements and Government Printing Office regulations to support development, revision, submission, and sustainment of USCG technical documentation
• • Communicate effectively verbally and via written correspondence with production, engineering, and technical personnel to ensure understanding of developed/revised technical documentation and provide clear/concise feedback on errors and required corrections when necessary
• • Provide quality review on multiple types of USCG technical publication documents

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally; self-motivated and ability to function as an effective member of a team
• Desired multiple years’ experience developing aviation technical publications; specifically IAW CGTO PG-85-00-270-A Aviation Technical Publication Development Process Guide
• Demonstrated experience providing quality assurance reviews of aviation technical publication documents
• Excellent communication both verbally and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Arbortext Editor
