Job Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with servers, workstations, patches, and applications of current and future product enhancements in a physical and virtual environment, such as Windows and UNIX Operating Systems (OS), Storage Area Networks (SANs), and other technologies.
• Operate and maintain network backup functions using SAN hardware and software.
• Support all aspects of network service management to include user support, performance management, account management, security management, and fault management, IAW Military Procedures (MP), Air Force Network Account Management, Air Force Instructions (AFI), Air Force Information Technology (IT) Service Management, Cyberspace Operations and Procedures, and Air Force Cyber Security Program Management.
• Track all assigned work and workflow in Government designated software.
• Provide support in the development of project Visio drawing software required by the project.
• Provide a minimum of two hours "on the job" server training per month on how to perform functions to Government personnel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI (must be Current)
• Security certification
