Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Senior Housing Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge of customer relations management programs such as reps/matrix care, salesforce, Sherpa
- Advanced knowledge of office technology including MS Office
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Understanding of budget process, including expense and occupancy forecasting
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented; willingness to pitch in and help out
- Self-motivated; takes initiative
- Exercises good judgment; ability to prioritize and work independently
- Must be able to travel as required
