In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements.Position Title: Site Manager Reports To: Vice President of Operations Division: Programs and Operation FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Corpus Christi, Houston, TX Summary Solution One is looking for a Site Manager capable of managing the day-to-day operations of performance of all work in support of depot level maintenance production and services of a large aircraft production divisions, subordinate branches, and sections with the responsibilities and functions to support the following aircraft and weapon systems: UH-60, Blackhawk; CH-47 Chinook; Recapitalization; Crash Damage; AH-64 Apache; and HH-60 Heavy Lift Helicopter. Manages all operational, administrative and life support functions and activities at depot for the contract team. Directs the accomplishment of site-specific program goals and monitors and reports achievement. Manages an operating budget, manpower, resources, and facilities in performance of contract responsibilities. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and program Quality Management System (QMS). Knowledgeable of American National Standards Institute/International Standards Organization/American Society for Quality (ANSI/ISO/ASQ) Q9001-2000 quality management systems requirements, applicable CCAD SOPs, DOD Regulations and the Privacy Act.II. Essential Job Responsibilities Provides solutions to potential delays or issues; quality control, health, and safety of employees; communications between production/ division chiefs, the COR and customer parties onsite; able to multi-task. Represents the contractor with full authority to act on all matters relating to this contract with overall responsibility for the site Safety/Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC); and be the primary point through which technical communications, prioritization of effort, team standardization, and technical direction flow between the Government and the Contractor. • Develops and implements aviation operations, policies, and procedures for subordinates.• Oversees the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of work in support of aircraft production operations and related logistics support operations including assigning goals and objectives to subordinate managers or supervisors.• Serves as the single POC for all contract requirements and performance• Delegates authority to subordinate managers and or supervisors for the performance of designated functions• Evaluates input from subordinates relative to short and long-range plans for the achievement of division program goals and objectives.• Ensures compliance with Army, DOD, and CCAD regulations, processes, and standards. • Interviews candidates and/or employees under consideration for new positions in order to meet or exceed qualifications for all contract positions. • Identifies temporary alternates to act for the Contractor in their absence and provides designation in writing.• Conduct performance reviews of subordinate managers and oversees performance reviews of the entire workforce.• Develops and implements the daily / weekly / monthly schedule in line with personnel availability, time management, regular hours, OT and or training. • Ensures all employees are fully qualified for their position, work area and shift.• Ensure workforce compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) and contract / company safety policy• Addresses any customer concerns, issues, complaints and or violation of company and or local policy and regulations. • Plans and implements training sessions.• Complies with on-time submission of all contract deliverables / reports and plans Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum of 7 years’ Aircraft / Material Maintenance and or Logistics Operations • High School Diploma• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently • Knowledge of American National Standards Institute/International Standards, Organization/American Society for Quality (ANSI/ISO/ASQ) Q9001-2000 quality• Must be able to maintain a U.S. Security Clearance• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise others required: high degree of tact, judgment, knowledge, and integrity.• Exceptional verbal and written communication (presentations, briefings, issuing subordinates guidance, written correspondence)• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) Preferred Qualifications: • Associates Degree, Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Management, Program Management, Logistics or equivalent degree in related field.• Experience with aviation work production and scheduling preferred.• Experience in ISO 9001 and or AS9100• One or more Aviation Unit Maintenance / Aviation Intermediate Maintenance / Sustainment / Depot Maintenance Levels III.
