What You'll Do

We are seeking a bright, curious and analytical Site Supervisor. We are looking for someone who loves solving problems and can roll up their sleeves, execute, and dive into day-to-day details. 

As a Site Supervisor you will oversee the team that helps build out, troubleshoot and maintain our Project Dorothy Data Center. You will be responsible for ensuring the inspection, maintenance and reporting of the electrical operations as per the Standard Operating Procedures. This includes adherence to the operations security plan to maintain site security and information assurance. You will encourage your team to bring any ideas to the table for evaluation to help improve the electrical operations through a product development process. 

You will:

• Manage staff of electrical maintenance workers; including: performance management, direction and team development. 
• Apply all electrical maintenance best practices
• Install and maintain various electrical distribution systems in an ASIC style mining facility 
• Inspect, repair, install and maintain all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected. 
• Maintain lighting and environmental and temperature control systems.
• Maintain and repair ASIC style miners as well as customer information databases, as needed.
• Performed duties involving shipping and receiving deployment and initial setup and configuration of ASIC style miner.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Managerial experience overseeing electrical maintenance service and repairs of equipment and fixtures. 
• 5-7 years of electrical maintenance experience
• Electrician's license from the state of Texas (required)
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code and other applicable standards and regulations. 
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment. 
• Ability to independently perform a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from management. 
• Full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to electrical systems. 
• Experience collaborating and partnering with teams
• Strong interest in blockchain technology and cryptomining preferred
