We are looking for a Marketing/Administrative Assistant. This is a contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA. This is a Part-Time opportunity (maximum 20 hours/week).
Essential Requirements:
- Prepare promotional materials for shipment.
- Prepare event materials.
- Event planning support.
- Photography and Video Shoot support.
- Inventory management.
- Run errands as needed (i.e., pick up/drop off samples, menus, and promotional materials).
- Able to lift 20 lbs. packages.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $18/hour to $19/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
