Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for a Desktop Support Specialist. This is a 3 months contract to hire opportunity based in Midland, TX (Onsite).Qualifications:

• Proven experience in providing desktop support, with a focus on iPads, iPhones, and Windows devices.
• Experience with Intune and Microsoft Authenticator.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues for the following devices: iPhone, iPad, Honeywell, Smart EX, Sonim, Zebra, Blackline, Mobilus, and Trimble.
• Proficiency in using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, with preference given to experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills for CW devices.
• Ability to conduct Hardware OS updates and refreshments for CW devices.
• Experience in hardware enrollment and provisioning for CW devices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train end-users on CW devices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to iPhones, iPads, and various Windows devices, including but not limited to Honeywell, Smart EX, Sonim, Zebra, Blackline, Mobilus, and Trimble.
• Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, ServiceNow preferred, for efficient ticket management and issue resolution.
• Conduct hardware troubleshooting for any of the listed CW (Company's Work) devices.
• Assist end-users in performing Hardware OS updates and refreshes for CW devices.
• Handle hardware enrollment and provisioning for CW devices.
• Provide hardware training to end-users on CW devices.
• Assist in new hardware deployments for CW devices.
