Title: Field Inventory Coordinator I

Location: Brea, CA (hybrid work schedule - 2 days in the office / 3 days remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time – Direct-Hire, NO 3rd Party or C2C

Full Pay Rate: $17hr.-$22hr. DOE

Target starting rate: $17hr.-$20hr.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative for our Consignment and Field Inventory team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a call center atmosphere and has prior work experience that includes: handling inbound/outbound calls, order entry, inventory control and audit billing. If you have strong written and communication skills, enjoy working within a team setting and previous call center experience, this position could be right for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the field inventory mailbox has uninterrupted coverage and responsiveness within set service levels agreements (SLA)
• Work with sales representatives to ensure accurate audit scan procedures, handle billing and/or shipping inquiries as well as P&D (pickup and delivery)
• Receive and handle an average of 5 inbound calls per day
• Reconcile to resolve inconsistencies in inventory
• Identify and replace expired products
• Bill customers for inventory that has been used or unaccounted for
• Generate audit team performance reports and disseminate information to senior management
• Assign/follow up tasks to obtain valid billable purchase orders
• Review audits for accuracy
• Document and implement process improvements
• Correspond with sales representatives and customers regarding escalations, inventory control and complaints

Qualifications

• Only local candidates will be considered 
• 1-3 years Customer Experience/Support experience
• Types 40 WPM
• Ability to work independently, under limited supervision, as well as collaboratively within the team.
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Exhibits strong interpersonal savviness
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar and syntax
• Demonstrates strong phone presence
• Proven experience in a high-volume customer support department building effective relationships with customers
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
