As a recruiter, you will work closely with job applicants and employees. This position provides services to key accounts where you'll establish and maintain relationships. This is high-volume recruiting to fill packaging & production positions.

Some of your duties will include:

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
• Provide candidates with detailed interview information on the phone and via email
• Conduct phone screens with candidates and maintain employee files and a candidate pool
• Update ATS database with candidate information
• Provide new employees with onboarding paperwork and instructions
• Provide administrative support to account supervisors, and may include assisting in the orientation of new employees, explaining the requirements of work shifts and hours, as well as training new employees on systems or programs used to report work hours
• May also receive workers' compensation information to facilitate staff scheduling appropriately, then forward the information to human resources, payroll report, and timekeeping maintenance

You'll need to be:

• Fluent in Spanish and English, including translation, reading, and writing
• Have experience with applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets/excel
• Be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Be hardworking, detail-oriented, and a conscientious team member
• Have the ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize tasks throughout the workday
• Have the ability to adapt to a fluid climate

Work Schedule:

Although you may work a typical work week, you must be willing to work outside regular hours to meet deadlines and goals, including some evening work as needed.
