Responsibilities

As the Salesforce Administrator; your focus is to use Salesforce technology to help expand the number of children who are being helped. The program is only reaching a small fraction of the approximately 2 million eligible programs and classrooms.

Actively establish the general guidelines for Salesforce data organization in the following disciplines:• Accounting

• Inventory Management• Email Marketing• Campaign Management• Service Desk• Workflow Management• Daily administration and support of the Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce Non Profit Success Pack and new Accounting Seed features within the Salesforce ecosystem to provide recommendations for process improvements• Provide application users with technical support• Support the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of relational databases and data integration tools, excellent communication and analytical skills, and bring a holistic data view. A great sense of humor is also welcomed!

The formula to success in this role includes the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and can focus on multiple projects at once. 

• Salesforce Administrator certification required!• 3 consecutive years working as a Salesfoce Administrator in an enterprise environment• Experience working in multiple disciplines within Salesforce Non Profit Success Pack and/or Accounting Seed

• Experience with Pardot• Strong knowledge of programming languages including PHP, SQL, Javascript, and Apex
