The Role 

Tech training

• Delivery and co-ordination of basic/advanced technical training workshops
• Creation of practical assessments and training material to meet the needs of alternative learning styles
• Provide internal training to new Solidatus starters and help shape the induction programme we provide
• Manage/maintain the training sharePoint site for internal use
• New release training: help to provide training resources to our customers to support in the lead up to new releases (I.e. screencasts of new features). Work with the wider delivery team to understand scope of new releases and required supporting training or training materials.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Solidatus functionality, features, best practice and the ability to articulate these to customers to help them maximise their use of the system
• Responsible for administration of the training curriculum

E-learning

• Day-to-day administrative responsibility for Learn.Solidatus - i.e. monitor and enrol staff onto the portal, troubleshooting queries etc
• Maintain upkeep of e-learning courses in line with future releases
• Accurately produce reports, training data & review feedback
• Schedule follow-up sessions with users upon successful completion of training courses (or book in the resource with the appropriate trainer)

Key skills (Essential):

• Couple of year’s experience delivering IT systems training
• Experience of creating & delivering training sessions in a variety of settings - classroom, online, workshop, etc
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills - ability to articulate complex technical processes to a broad range of audiences

Key skills (Desirable):

• Experience working with learning management systems / e-learning platforms or other content management systems
