The Director of Training oversees all training and development. This role designs, plans, and implements service training programs, policies, and procedures across many departments within Solgen Power.
Director Of Training Responsibilities
Creation and execution of a formalized learning and training curriculum for all service level positions to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
Researches new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing service training programs to meet the organization's changing needs.
Maintains up-to-date and effective training materials and aids.
Utilizes LMS for developed training modules, and tracks training progress.
Applies knowledge of current learning models and adult learning theory to determine the best instructional strategy to meet employee learning expectations.
Develops assessments and evaluations for measuring training program effectiveness of learning interventions using critical performance and success metrics, and drives continuous improvement.
Works with Leadership to identify areas of improvement and set training expectations.
Communicate information with unit leaders and teams on new company rollouts and reports findings back to HR
Audits the service training program for quality assurance and overall excellence.
Director Of Training Requirements
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Intermediate proficiency in ZenDesk and SalesForce.
Must be able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing in English; bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
Must possess excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
$95,000.00-$120,000.00
