A Full-time position for someone who is responsible, quick, accurate and organized. This individual
will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment where his or her organizational skills
will be put to the test. He or she will be required to collaborate procurement strategies with the
Executive Director and Accounting leadership team. Develop and optimize vendor relationships.
Prospect and acquire new vendor accounts.
Negotiate pricing and learn about new products, services and pricing schemes offered by our
vendors.

Job Duties:
• Oversee quarterly and monthly inventory process - data dumps
• Manage and work with Quick Books, job accounts and purchase orders
• Verify invoices and packing slips, orders accuracy
• Manage and create a shrinkage report.
• Perform cost analysis and price comparisons.
• Work directly with the accounting team and Warehouse Management
• Upload and scan pertinent documents, invoices, receipts, logs, etc.
• Order materials and schedule deliveries based on current schedule.
• Order specialty items and special requested items.
• Adhere to current policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience:
• Quick Books proficient
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Solar and or Construction experience a plus, but not required
• Great organizational skills
• General knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures
• Great negotiating skills
• Good analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
