Our client is hiring for experienced DBA to build localized data cloud center of highly reliable, largely scaled, and based on micro-service infrastructures in the US.

What You’ll Do?

• Cooperate with the SREs of China and maintain massive amounts of localized data.
• Responsible for database(RDS, Redis, etc.) operation and maintenance, including database installation, deployment, upgrade, migration, stress test, backup, etc.
• Responsible for database performance analysis and continuous optimization, new technology research and implementation
• Managing database access permissions and troubleshooting.
• Writing disaster recovery plans and putting them into operation.
• Managing database security, integrity and backup procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year experience in DBA role.
• Familiar with the usage scenarios and application optimization of various databases (e.g. RDB, TSDB, non-relational DB, KVDB, etc.).
• Experience in maintaining partition of DB or table, and experience in maintaining middleware.
• Ability to design and optimize middleware and database architecture independently according to business requirements.
• Proficiency in using monitoring system to conduct comprehensive monitoring of various types of indicators of database and middleware.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good troubleshooting ability, careful work, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance.
• Ability to speak Chinese is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
