Soho Dragon is Hiring a Project Manager Near remote, NY

SoHo Dragon represents a financial technology company that needs to hire a Project Manager for a full time opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of PMO experience
  • Experience working following an Agile methodology
  • Work experience in financial services and ability to pick up trends within the Alternative Asset Management space
  • Demonstrate a continual desire to implement “strategic” or “optimal” solutions where possible, avoiding workarounds or short-term tactical solutions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to engage co-workers and clients of all personality types
  • Experience across all business functions at every level from individual contributor to C-Level executive
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Proven track record of managing other PMO/working in a large team
  • Previous use of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com)
  • Strong self-starter with delivery skills who enjoys the challenge of delivery change within tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Define and execute projects for up to five strategic enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate projects and activities across multiple workstreams, resources, and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate to range of stakeholders in a multi-project environment
  • Proactively identify risks and steps to mitigate
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that neg ative customer and business impacts are avoided
  • Work with Project Leads on the different workstreams in order to provide an accurate view of the Project process
  • Support Project Lead to mobilize the progress of new projects and workstreams
  • Develop reporting frameworks, utilizing thoughtful user-focused decisioned to produce project and program reports that are simple for Project Leads to complete and provide easily digestible data and visualizations to senior decision-makers and project sponsors
  • Implement new processes and technology that will standardize and maximize clients ability to run projects across all sizes and levels of complexity
  • Define governance models for clients
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across various areas of the business

  • Travel – Remote with travel for company/ team events
  • Authorized to work in the US
