Job Summary
Software Professional Solutions (SPS) is currently seeking qualified candidates to provide administrative and managerial assistance and support for administrative operations and activities as Senior Program Support Specialist to Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Program Management (PM), Project Management (PdM) and Product Management/Director (PD) 
This position requires U.S. citizenship. Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Overview, reporting and conference planning support
• Produce on weekly basis updated metrics documentation in support of the Division. Metrics compilation includes:
  • Scorecards
  • Production Deliveries
  • End Item Lines Of Balance
  • Quality
• Support completion of Taskers assigned to the Division’s Systems Engineering Cell:
  • Generating Quality Metrics
  • Facilitate information exchanges and action item resolutions across the Division’s Management.
  • Collect information needed for weekly Staff meeting.
  • Communicate and track action items assigned to Division’s Management and/or working level.
  • Support Monthly briefing
  • Assist is preparing presentations and exhibits for VIPs
  • Prepare and distribute the Artillery and Mortar ammunition monthly expenditure report
  • Collect Program Quad Charts for all end items and compile into a monthly report
• Provide administrative support for the preparation and review of program management documentation on the products managed by the Division organizations 
  Provide on-site support for various VIP visitors to Picatinny Arsenal.
• Support Division organizations with multimedia briefings. This support includes briefing planning, presentations, report generation, management of media material, coordination with higher headquarters, other agencies, and generalized support. Create movies for briefings. Assist in maintaining the new Program Management Dashboard for product portfolio.
• Periodic Design and Development of Marketing Items and retirement gifts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 Years related experience
• Secret Security Clearance
• Conventional Ammunition and/or mortar and artillery program experience preferred
• Skilled in operating MS-Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point.
