Sodexo is seeking a Kitchen/Chef Manager for our prestigious client, The Alton, in St. Paul, MN. This candidate will oversee restaurant operations for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner full service facility with a bar. This is a great restaurant style opportunity with a scratch kitchen and made to order focus. You will work side by side with an executive chef and manage a team of BOH and FOH staff. The right person for this role will have a strong background in full service restaurant operations. This candidate will exhibit exceptional client relationship and public relations skills. Must be able to lead their team and develop talent, foster a safe work environment, and be able to perform under pressure. Targeted salary range for this position is up to $65K, plus full benefits, 401k, and 3 weeks paid vacation!

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.
