Sodexo Live's Airport Lounge Segment is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef for the new opening Cathay Pacific Lounge at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
As the Executive Chef, you will have the responsibility to provide culinary leadership within a medium sized, all a la carte, unit. The Executive Chef works directly with internal and external clients managing the culinary process from beginning through execution.
We are looking for all great candidates from the restaurant and hospitality industry. Experience in a paciflc/asian cuisine concept or location would be highly preferred! If you have experience managing food and beverage outlets at a hotel, private club or other upscale hospitality venue, we want to hear from you!

Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution. Key Duties- Implements & coordinates the culinary function. - Directs & trains cooks & utility workers.- Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards.- Manages catering & retail areas.- Customer & Client satisfaction.- Financial management to include food cost & labor management.- Manages food & physical safety programs.
