The College of New Jersey, Ewing Township dining room Tradition’s, has a part-time Bartender opening with Sodexo. The bartender will provide constant product quality. Prepares beverages with a sense of quality and flair to improve the visitor's experience. Welcomes guests, prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink recipes with the necessary garnishes, and serves the drinks. Stock the bar with alcohol, beer, wine, and other necessary items like ice, glassware, napkins, and straws. Make menu recommendations, thoroughly consider the orders of clients, and clarify drink and food options. All sales are recorded, money is collected, a cash register, credit card reader, or electronic payment register is used, and necessary cash handling procedures are followed. The focus shall always be on ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while maintaining a positive can-do attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of customer service. The bartender position is non-tipped.

The Bartender will provide exceptional customer service, and mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff, quickly and without waste. Bartenders must work well with wait staff and other staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service.
