Sock Club is seeking a Product Manager to work with our Development team to build features, tools, and processes for internal teams and SC-Custom clients. They will be working with a number of existing and new products that make up the software ecosystem for our organization. We’re looking for a data driven product manager with an ability to creatively solve problems and has experience managing projects and product development cycles. This role requires at least 1-2 years of project/product management experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Work cross-functionally to guide internal/external products from conception to launch by connecting business problems with technology.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to build roadmaps and plan releases.
• Ability to identify pain points and bottlenecks both technically and within the customer journey. 
• Ability to simplify complex challenges and technologies into simpler outcomes and stories to drive shared understandings throughout the organization.
• Own the product roadmap.
• Analyze, interpret, and make product decisions based on data and statistics.
• Prioritize development activities to continuously deliver value to customers.
• Achieve successful customer adoption, value realization, satisfaction and overall solution health.
• Write product initiatives including supporting financials and cost analysis.
• Engage with clients and contribute to customer success and account growth by encouraging increasing levels of product utilization among prospective and existing customers.
• Able to confidently demonstrate products, and influence senior management, and other internal or external stakeholders.
• Ability to balance many projects at one time and work independently.
• 1-2 years of Product experience required.
• Previous B2B experience is a plus!
• Previous promotional product experience is a plus!
