The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management, collection, sales, supervision of bin routes, training and purchasing new products. The Operations Manager will be paid salary plus commission, salary is based on experience.
Reports to Director of Store Operations on urgent matters relating to bin operations. Must be able to work independently and direct the work of others.
Supervises all Bin Route personnel including Assistant Store Managers, Department Supervisors, Store Associate, Volunteers and Community service workers who assist in bin and warehouse operations.
