Your New Role At Societal:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter-100% Remote. In this role, you will manage full cycle recruiting with a lens toward elevating our employer brand and candidate experience. This role is a critical partner with the broader People and Culture team and hiring managers. This position will support the organization by sourcing roles at varying levels of the organization that align with short[1]and long-term business objectives by delivering high quality, pre-screened, active and passive candidates.

How You Will Make An Impact:

Strategize, develop, research, and identify prospective talent to manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.

* Relationship-oriented to ensure best-in-class candidate and hiring management experience.

* Acts as a strategic partner to P&C team & hiring managers for job recruiting needs.

* Determines and supports appropriate recruiting sources for campaigns and posting positions.

* Promotes the company mission, vision, culture and brand to candidates and external partners.

* Cultivates the employer brand and ensures a consistent and positive candidate experience across the company and seeks to continuously improve every stage of the recruitment life cycle.

* Uses different talent strategies to attract a diverse workforce through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, employee referral program, networking and unique opportunities/events, building a pipeline of highly skilled talent for the business with varied backgrounds, knowledge and experience.

* Uses creative and effective sourcing strategies to create robust talent pipelines utilizing various platforms (LinkedIn, Social Media and specialty sites).

* Supports the company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

* Builds and maintain excellent working relationships with leaders, employees and candidates.

* Manages recruitment timelines through effective and timely communications with both candidates and hiring teams.

* Performs essential tasks such as creating and posting job advertisements, coordinate interviews, create offer letters and other candidate communications as well as utilizing the applicant tracking system to (ATS) track applicant statuses for compliance purposes.

* Represents the company and engages with prospective candidates at career fairs and other networking opportunities.

Position Requirements

Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

A minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Experience in a regulated environment (biotech, diagnostics, medical device) strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred but not required.

Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, negotiating compensation packages.

Proven ability to source, attract and hire highly qualified candidates.

Passion for providing excellent candidate experiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills

Experience utilizing an ATS, LinkedIn Recruit and Microsoft Office.

Experience with various sourcing techniques and channels (e.g., LinkedIn/social platforms, professional associations etc).

Ability to operate well at a high velocity, urgency and provide clarity to ambiguous situations.

Experience building effective relationships as a strategic partner to leadership.

The California base pay range for this position is estimated to be 67,000-88,000. The base pay offered may vary or fall outside of the range provided, depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to candidate's job-related qualifications, internal equity, market data and geographic location.
