We are currently seeking to fill an important role for Account Manager. This position requires a strong knowledge of social and digital marketing, as well as client service, in a fast-paced agency setting.
Strong writing and communications skills are required as part of the role will be client management and client presentations. In addition, this position will play a key strategic, operational and tactical role for the Client Services. You will also collaborate with our internal creative, media, influencer and production teams to provide the best solutions for our clients.
Those successful in this role are both proactive problem solvers with a positive attitude, and able to observe/listen/take feedback from both internal and client teams to better achieve client goals. Being adaptive and willing to step in to help any team member is imperative, but so is the ability to help manage internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
