Our instructors are the “face” of our program, as they travel to our partnering locations and implement the curriculum provided to them. We are currently looking for coaches to join us for our first season. Schedule is flexible.
Who We Are
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.
Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for people who love working with young children (ages 2-8). Coaches have to be enthusiastic, fun, outgoing, and willing to have a good time in each one of our 45-minute classes. Values we look for in a candidate are:

  • Energetic: Creates a fun and exciting atmosphere that causes children to smile and participate. Children feed off of your energy level.
*** Experience in coaching soccer sessions is not required. Sure, we prefer if you have some experience in soccer and are familiar with the game, but more importantly, we are looking for people who can handle a group of 12 three-year-olds and help them have a great time. We want our 45-minute Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 45 minutes of each child’s week. If this excites you, we want to hear from you.
