Soccer Shots - Overland Park is Hiring a DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Near Overland Park, KS
- Add an average of one new accounts per week for the entirety of the year, totaling 50 new accounts over 50 weeks
- 15 new accounts in each quarter
- Schedule at least 2 full sales day per week w
- Minimum of 24 sales days
- Responsible for maintaing a CRM (MONDAY) and tracking system from which the Executive Director can track activity and progress on a weekly basis
- Establish plans and strategies to grow and strengthen the current business
- Send weekly reports to our team
- Data analysis
- Attend marketing events with goal of increasing enrollment
- Responsible for staffing demos of a Soccer Shots class upon selling program
- To provide support and assistance, as needed, to the Director of Development. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Attend staff planning and strategy meetings
- Participate in special events
- Research and complete special projects
- Manage/coordinate strategic partnerships and relationships
- Provide assistance or leadership
- Passion for the Soccer Shots mission
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Able to work both in a team environment and independently
- Determination to complete tasks in a timely and organized manner
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to learn fast and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to positively represent our brand and Core Values to team members & coaches, business partners, and the public
- Proven ability and confidence to engage with the public
- Attentive to detail
- Able to create, improve, and implement organizational systems and process
- Soccer Shots will perform an initial review after 60 days
- Revenue goals and key performance measurables will be reviewed regularly 1:1 meetings with supervisor
- Soccer Shots will perform an annual review in December of each calendar year
