A Day in the Life of:

As a member of our team, you will oversee the Adult Day Support Programs at all of our locations, including supervising and coaching program supervisors. You will be responsible for leadership of Adult Day Services staff, program growth, program quality, and program activities, while working closely with Community Service Boards and families to ensure we are meeting the needs of the community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coach and lead employees by providing training, support, and growth opportunities
• Provide strategic leadership for organizational goals and program development
• Drive the implementation of departmental goals
• Set program standards and create process to meet standards and ensure staff implement standards
• Ensure program quality and sustainability for all program sites
• Work closely with Case Management Operations when enrolling program participants
• Ensure program meet DBHDS guidelines and all regulatory documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Develop and facilitate training alongside training coordinator to staff and volunteers working within program

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience leading teams in a paid or volunteer capacity
• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Teaching, Applied Behavior Analysis, Human Services, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership skills and training
• Strong organizational skills
• Extensive experience working with adults with disabilities and/or the aging population
• Ability to drive company vehicle
