GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Quality Control Tech is responsible for testing fabric to ensure it is within specification according to ISO. The position is responsible for testing, recording, and communicating issues in a timely nature to the production line. The test results and retains are recorded and maintained.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Test Products according to Quality Control Process for all departments Record all test results on QC Test Reports
Communicate if product is outside of the Product Specification Maintain Retains and Log
Test incoming Raw Materials Create Notice of Rejection Reports
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Department Quality Audits Additional Experimental Testing
Root Cause and CAR's for Customer Communication or NOR's Compile Test Data
Other duties as assigned to help meet company goals
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
High school diploma
Experience:
2 years manufacturing experience Familiar with ISO 9001
Other:
Quality Control, Statistics, or Lean Classes a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
