San Francisco Post Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services to all who enter our doors. San Francisco Post-Acute is hiring Licensed Pyschiatric Technician (LPT) who can work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent patient care, have a positive attitude, and work together as part of a team.

LPT Job Duties:

• NEW GRADUATES are welcome, with a passion for working with seniors.
• Must have an ability to communicate well, writing and verbally
• Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.
• Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
• Administer medications
• Patient documentation utilizing electronic based system
• Manage care of clients acute and chronic needs
• Supervise CNAs

Required license or certification

• Licensed Psychiatric Technician ( LPT )
