As a Technical Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce is optimized to support our sales and customer relationship management efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.

Essential Functions

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's unique business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules.
• Implement and maintain automation processes using Flow and Apex Triggers.
• Ensure data integrity by overseeing data imports, data cleansing, and data deduplication efforts.
• Develop and maintain data validation rules, triggers, and workflows to maintain high-quality data.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as HubSpot and other applications to streamline business processes.
• Ability to work with MuleSoft ETL team to implement import/export pipelines.
• Evaluate and implement Salesforce AppExchange solutions to enhance platform functionality.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights along with detailed technical documentation for design specifications.
• Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and data security to ensure proper access controls in collaboration with the security and compliance team.
• Proactively monitor Salesforce releases, module updates, and security vulnerabilities while assisting in the execution of the upgrades.

Competencies

• Certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder
• At least 3 years of experience writing and maintaining enterprise-level Apex Triggers
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Associate a plus
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
