Snap Fitness 24/7 of Hudson & Roberts, WI is seeking a Personal Trainer for Semi-private personal training sales and servicing for our two health clubs. We're willing to train the right candidate who is able to follow through while paying attention to details, be a professional, have high integrity, and is looking for a career, not just a job!
Key position duties:

Attentively explore the needs of our members and prospective members to help them find the right training and nutrition programs through our clubs, that will support them to their goals.
Create an attitude and culture of health through example and instruction.
Design, monitor, and fulfill fitness programs for individual goals of the clients.
Complete key metrics monthly to support our Snap Fitness mission, vision and ultimately aid in client retention.

Qualifications:

Outgoing Personality with great communication skills-You know how to actively listen, you aren't afraid to lead, and you are open to learning.
You are deliberate in your duties, you can perform them with or without supervision because you have high integrity.
You understand how to keep yourself organized so you follow up and follow through on details, and you exhibit calm under pressure
Adept at adjusting to people’s moods and personalities and have the emotional stamina to be “at your best” with each client
Able to work in Hudson and Roberts, WI clubs
Bachelor's (Preferred but not required. If you have a great personality and are high integrity, we need to talk!)
Personal Training: 1 year minimum (Preferred, but not required, see above)
Sales: 1 year minimum (Preferred and is important. You have to know how to put yourself out there comfortably and engage people)
Required trainer certification

This position is part-time that has the potential to be full time, and you are responsible to help build it to full time. This is an hourly position, with commissions, based on experience and production.
