Our General Manager role would be held to a high standard with clear expectations to be the leader of the restaurant, the ambassadors of our product and the executor of our hospitality.

As General Manager you will serve as an integral member of our leadership team. You will be the expert on guest hospitality, including but not limited to, developing the menu along with our Chef and all Front of House operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial well-being of both the back and front of the house.

Snakes & Lattes Tempe is the USA flagship location, and therefore our General Manager must be “standards-driven” and vigilant, showing a high-level of integrity in their work. They always interact with crew members and Guests in a professional manner and take a positive approach to resolving issues.

Essential Responsibilities for General Manager:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant

• Interview, hire, train, and develop team members to be their best

• Make sure guest service is a top priority for all team members

• Ensure revenues are maximized, and costs are controlled

• Represent the brand and communicate all new initiatives to team members

• 4-7 years of restaurant management experience

• Experience hiring, scheduling, and training a team of 40 team members

• Guest-service focused

• Good communication skills

• Valid drivers license
