Job Overview: This role will provide support for multiple compliance programs with guidance from the Vice President of Compliance. Primary responsibility will include the Gaming Enterprise’s Responsible Gaming program, policy and procedure management, and training. The Compliance Coordinator will work closely with others in the Compliance Division, and have frequent contact and coordinate with team members throughout the Enterprise.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, compliance, accounting or related field or in process of completing degree with prior relevant experience.
• Prior compliance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with casino and hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience cultivating relationships and collaborating across an organization.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines despite competing priorities.
• Demonstrated critical Thinking and Analytical Skills.
• Ability to work independently with only general management direction.
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook.
