Under the supervision of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist, growing psychiatric rehabilitation program is seeking qualified and competent Direct Care Coordinators (direct care psychiatric rehabilitation workers) to service clients in the community on an independently contract basis. Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) provides all persons and family systems, community-based assistance to optimize their overall wellness and quality of life with the goal of rehabilitation and recovery. Our organization promotes the healthy restoration of the individual’s deficiencies by assisting them in the development of their life skills. MD Counseling Service’s primary focus is to empower the client and assist the individual to identify personal goals and overcome objectives and work towards a full recovery. Our strengths-based rehabilitation services are designed to produce healing and restoration in communities. A Direct Care Coordinator is expected to facilitate psychiatric rehabilitation, behavioral support services, and crisis intervention for assigned clients, according to Individualized Rehabilitation Plan
