Job Description

Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson is seeking a skilled General Accountant with experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our team.
Position: General Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)
Location: Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson, Knoxville, TN
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day AP and AR functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
- Perform AR duties, including invoicing, tracking customer payments, and collections.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, with specific experience in AP and AR functions preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
