Who we’re looking for….

As a Team Member / Cashier, you will share with our guests your knowledge of the menu allowing them to have the best Locations experience possible. Of course, Smokin Jacks BBQ expects you to be punctual, to support your fellow team members and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to direct interaction with customers taking orders, working a point-of-sale cash register, cleaning and sanitizing workstations, expediting orders and running food.

Job Details:

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Experience:

• No experience necessary but a great attitude is a must.

Qualifications:

• Positive and friendly attitude to staff and customers
• Have great customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Be reliable and on time for scheduled shifts.
• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required.
• English language and professional communications skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
• Capable of handling multiple priorities; working calmly under pressure and exercising good judgment.
• Ability to utilize tablets, point of sale equipment and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
• Must maintain a friendly attitude regardless of how busy the position may get.
