This position supervises the shipping dock department’s daily needs and safely guides the crew to successfully meeting loading times to our sister plants and customers.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Supply Chain or a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project.
Provides leadership and guidance to employees in the Shipping Department.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.
