We are looking for a seasoned event leader skilled in event production and coordination who has experience with virtual and live events ranging from 500 - 30,000 attendees .

Qualifications & Skills

• 3 Years of Event Planning Experience
• 2 Years of planning both hybrid & in-person events
• Experience with events that produce anywhere between $5M - $50M in sales is preferred

• Experience with virtual and live events ranging from 500 - 30,000 attendees is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event logistics
• Point person for all vendor communication
• Scheduling special guest 
• Budgeting
• Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
