SmartTalent is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to work in Redmond. As a successful candidate you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, emails, greeting visitors and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have directly related experience within a Customer Service role.

Pay
$21 per hour
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone and e-mails in response to customer’s questions.
File all sales transactions (PO/shipping advise/invoices) to customer filing cabinet.
Upload sales invoice to customer’s portal in order to deliver.
Contact customers to request payment for past invoices. Communicate with regard to all outstanding balances.
Enter order information into SAGE as PO is received from customer.
Initiate credit memo request as sales/technical advises.
Assist with trade shows.
Handles and/or refers customer complaints to the proper department.
Telemarketing and contact current customers.
Send out literature to customers.
Performs necessary and basic data entry as needed.
Informs shipping and technical support of new orders.
Communicate with team regarding the inquiries to be resolved.
Assist in contacting customers to get PO for pending repairs.
Create work orders and quotes from RA receiving report for service.
Experience:
College education, or 1 years of directly related customer service experience, or a combination of both.
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft products (Windows, Office Suite, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Front office related experience a plus
