Overview

You will be responsible for supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) team with the organisation, administration and coordination of activities and resources to help deliver the L&D strategy for SEBL.

In this role, you will be involved with the following:

  • Work with Senior L&D Coordinator to organise new starter inductions for all new starters, communicating with everyone involved to ensure a smooth start;
  • Keep all delegates informed of their expected attendance at internal and external training courses and organise their timetables;
  • Support the Senior L&D Coordinator with the administration in compiling and maintaining Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across SEBL operations;
  • Plan, organise, communicate, and coordinate learning and development activities across the business, as appropriate and play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiatives;
  • Organise the production, maintenance, and distribution of all the relevant Learning and Development material within SEBL GetSmart;
  • Liaising with line managers and delegates to ensure all staff are booked on required learning events within agreed timeframes;
  • Support the Senior L&D Coordinator in maintaining a clear TNA and individual development roadmaps;
  • Work with the Senior L&D Coordinator to evaluate L&D programs against agreed KPIs supporting any action to improve quality where appropriate;
  • Work with HR to support work experience and intern placements and their integration into the Business;

To be successful in this role, you are likely to have the following skills/experience:

  • Good knowledge of SEBL system applications & processes;
  • Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate);
  • Experience in supporting projects is preferable but not essential;
  • Experience of analysing detail and presenting findings for different audiences;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to learn new processes quickly;
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and keep calm under pressure;
  • Good product knowledge.
