Smart Solutions is Hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative Near Fairfax, VA

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers and increasing customer satisfaction through quality care. Our Customer Service Representatives provide our clients with knowledgeable, professional, and efficient service. Additionally, Customer Service Representatives drive sales by providing valuable information about product and service options to existing customers and consumers.

Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties:

  • Enter all orders, from a variety of sources: directly from customers or from other client departments..
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the client policies, and special programs and effectively apply this knowledge to all customer service situations.
  • Interact with other client team members regarding activity from key accounts to help build a customer profile that becomes a basis for account growth, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager with new Customer Service Associate training as needed.
  • Perform related and special duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No prior experience is necessary we provide on the job training for all of our Customer Service Associates
  • Applicants should be posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
