Smart Solutions is Hiring a Customer Service Agent Near Washington, DC

The Customer Service Agent will be in charge of developing long-term connections with our clients and increasing customer satisfaction via exceptional service. Our Customer Service Representatives serve our customers with informed, professional, and efficient assistance. Moreover, Customer Service Agents promote sales by providing relevant information about product and service options to existing customers and consumers.

Customer Service Agent Tasks & Duties:

  • Enter all orders, from a variety of sources: directly from customers or from other client departments..
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the client policies, and special programs and effectively apply this knowledge to all customer service situations.
  • Interact with other client team members regarding activity from key accounts to help build a customer profile that becomes a basis for account growth, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager with new Customer Service Associate training as needed.
  • Perform related and special duties as assigned.

Customer Service Agent Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No prior experience is necessary we provide on the job training for all of our Customer Service Associates
  • Applicants should be posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
