Smart Move Moving and Storage Inc. is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Company Overview:

We are a local moving company that has been in business for three years and has been growing steadily. We will soon be expanding to the Phoenix market, which will further increase our growth. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Rep. The position offers growth opportunities within the company and the potential for a management position in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Make scheduled phone calls to prospective customers and leads
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule estimates for our outside estimator
  • Update customer information in our database
  • Follow up with customers and leads to ensure satisfaction and close sales
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure overall success of the business

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
