Smart hiring USA is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Malden, MA

Our well- established/ paperless dental office located in the heart of Malden is looking for someone having experiences with a dental receptionist/ front desk.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable, productive and positive team player. Most of your tasks including:

1. Greet patients in a professional, business-like manner.

2. Check and confirm eligibility for patients.

3. Book future patient appointments.

4. Check in and check out patients as they arrive to our office in a courteous manner

5. Confirm the appointments of patients for the next two days

6. Answers telephone calls, take accurate and detailed messages using professional and courteous customer service techniques

7. Correctly enter data, including patient information, payment, etc.

8. Create and present treatment plans to patients clearly and the future appointment

9. Respond to Emails and patient requests in timely manner.

10. Scanning documents immediately after collecting paperwork to ensure all information is correct.

Pay: $15 to $22 with benefits depending on experince.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
