POSITION: Compliance Manager

REPORTING TO: Director of Product Development and Compliance

Classification: Exempt

We are searching for a diligent and professional compliance manager to join our dynamic compliance department. You will be responsible for ensuring our vehicle service agreements and other products comply with legal regulations and internal policies.

In this position, you will perform a range of duties including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations and reviewing company products. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the latest industry procedures and regulations.

Job Duties

• Manage all business forms compliance activity for the entire company
• Analyze all in-force contracts and potential contracts for compliance alignment
• Collaborate with management team to make sure that the entire company is aware of compliance requirements and issues
• Complete all required form reviews from a legal/compliance perspective and oversee all required filings with relevant states and lenders
• Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met
• Work closely with department managers to review all forms and marketing materials for compliance issues and regulatory alignment
• Perform periodic audits on all product suites
• Lead employee training sessions of legal and compliance issues
• Other projects as assigned by the management team

Job Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3 years of related job experience
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry’s compliance process and regulations
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience with SERFF, F&I Sentinel and OEM lenders, Sircon/NAIC licensing
• Strong understanding of current regulations affecting manufacturing companies
