JOB DETAILS

Ideal Lead Teacher Characteristics:

• • Experience: 1-to-2 years classroom experience and a degree in early childhood education (or related field), or Career Pathway Level 3 and Current CDA
  • Creativity: Engage children bysinging, dancing, open-end art, hands on activities and making learning visible for everyone
  • Customer Focus: Great daily communication, timely responsiveness, engagement and resourceful in finding answers to questions
  • Checklist Lover: Track and record students’ growth and development throughout the year
  • Organization: Lesson plans and classrooms that keep all students engaged
  • Integrity: Professional, motivated and true to what you say you will do across all relationships with children, families, and co-workers
  • Environment: Create an atmospherethat isinviting and represents all students
