Small Animal Clinic is Hiring a Client Service Representative Near Oak Forest, IL
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly and energetic client service representative to join our busy clinic in the south suburbs of Chicago.
Our well established AAHA certified practice has 3.5 Doctors that aim to provide the highest quality of care to our clients pets with emphasis on client education and great communication. We are looking for a caring and compassionate person who enjoys working with people and small animals. We are open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday. Veterinary experience preferred.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner whether in person or on the telephone.
- Prepare exam rooms for appointments.
- Be able to multitask as needed
- Educate and advise clients regarding our services and practices
- Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
- Schedule follow up appointments as necessary
- Process payments accurately
- Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
- Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
